On outlook being asked to sign in to sky email address when I try to do so it says can no loger create a new a new email account vial sky although this is an exiisting email account, I have 2 sky email accounts on outlook app both were asked to sign in one signed in ok the other comes up with the problem.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen setting up the account choose Yahoo & enter your Sky email & password, you should then be taken to a Yahoo page asking you to sign in to authenticate adding the account.
Once complete the account will continue with setup.
If the account has already been set up & it's asking for a password then either delete the account & set it up again as above or create an app specific password. Microsoft upgraded their email security recently so accounts now require authorising or an app specific password in order to be used with MS email clients.
