Sky email: not receiving password reset type emails

Hi. I've tried to do 2 password resets on 2 different websites in the last 24 hours and the password reset emails have not been arrived into my sky account mailbox. I've checked my junk and spam,  tried doing a search across my mailbox but they are not there. I searched the Internet for a fix but some I can't seem to find the options when I log in through a browser to check such as blocks and filters. Any ideas?

Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters

I've tried logging in via Chrome and Samsung browser and neither give me the option of 'more settings' within settings.

Are you using a phone or tablet? It need to be done on a desktop, or use "desktop mode" in a mobile browser.

It is most unlikely that password reset emails are blocked, blocking only really refers to email addresses.
