Hi. Mine is sorted now. On the phone for about 1hr and 15 mins. It took a while and things didn't work straight away but they managed to do it while I was on the phone.

This happened to me yesterday afternoon and I called them today. I had about 15 mins wait before I got to speak to someone but she got me all sorted within a few minutes.

This has happened to my husband but he was on phone calls for over 3 hours and still they haven't sorted it. They say his account doesn't exist!

Husband has had email account with Sky for over 20 years. Yesterday he couldn't access email as says account locked. He spent many phone calls for over 4 hours trying to sort out. All he was told was his email account didn't exist! Nothing they could do. Trying to call again today. He cannot access his sky store account either.

If this doesn't work what error does he see when trying to access his Sky Store account ?

This just came up saying unexpected error. Now had a further 4 phone calls today, they keep hanging up.

If you look through the thread you'll see several customers who have got it resolved. It seems to depend on the adviser you get when you call, and how knowledgeable they are.

Haven't managed to get that "knowledgeable adviser" yet as still remains unresolved and cannot access sky store or email. Advisers all unhelpful.

Do you see the same error when try to access your online Sky Store account @HM15 ?

Account is not recognised when trying to log in to sky store. Very frustrating that Sky are doing nothing to help.

For Sky Store only @HM15 there is a live chat available that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here
If they can fix your Sky Store account it might well fix the email one as well.
