I have had a sky/yahoo email address for years. I had it on a divert to my gmail account and it stopped working yesterday. I have had the error message 554 30. Can l get this email restored?
You will need to call in and advise your email has been suspended by Yahoo, yiu received an email advising it would be deleted if you did not sign into Sky.com.
When did you last login to your email account at Sky.com ?
