Cant recover my email account as my recovery code goes to old number

By accident my sky email got cancelled.  Lost password. Now I can't see my important emails.  I tried to recover but the recover code goes to an old number I got not more. I can't receive the code I get no help

Can you explain what you mean by got cancelled?

It's your Verification Code that is sent to your mobile. Your Recovery Code is displayed on screen at the time you set up 2 step verification with a recommendation that you make a separate note of it. If you didn't do that, you'll have to ask Sky to turn off 2 step verification on your behalf.

I just spoke to an agent, they send a text to an old phone number , but I don't got this number anymore! So I could not receive the code . It's sorted now! Thanks for replying

Did you request to have your email cancelled? Or did you receive an email saying its going to be deleted?
