Sky email acount

I can't access my sky email account it says its been suspended.

@Simongriffiths if the message says specifically 'suspended' it indicates that activity considered suspicious (but may not be) has been identified on your account. Unfortunately the suspension is applied automatically by Yahoo, and it appears that Sky can't remove it. You could try changing your password, but it might not clear the message. If that's the case, you'll have to contact Sky and see what they say.

Are you seeing a suspended message in Sky.com or when signing in through yahoo mail? As advised this means your mailbox has been deactivated due to compromise

 

This will need escalated by Sky to Yahoo. You would need to call the customer services so they can escalate to the appropriate team.
