I need to speak to someone over changing my account details, my ex wife had put her contact phone number on the account so i cant access my emails as it keeps sending a verification number to her phone. She has also been able to access my emails and go through my privacy. This needs addressing as soon as possible.

That isn't possible for a few reasons @DeanQuinn , firstly you are talking to other customers here only and if you were to call them about this they would only talk to the account holder.
Regarding your verification texts going to her phone, when this was setup did you follow the instructions to make a note of the recovery code because if you did you can use this to disable the text verification and then set it up again using your mobile number.
