Sky Yahoo emails

Hi, I no longer get any emails from SKY on the Yahoo service. I.m using a desk top on Outlook, they stopped about a month ago. I see others have had this but I'm not able to download apps as its onlt the desk top.

Do you mean you have installed the desktop program on your desktop on your PC, if so what happens when you try to access your emails and can you access them here:

I access my Sky account using my desk top, I used to get emails from sky about my rewards and up and coming programmes. This stopped about a month ago. I log in using my usual email and password.

The link you sent is the same one I use.

If you're using the link to log in, there's no app involved - you're logging in directly to Sky Yahoo Mail online. 

You could just check to see whether these emails are going directly to your Junk or Trash folders.

other,than thay, and assuming you're receiving other emails OK, it would seem that your Sky Yahoo Mail account is working normally. Perhaps you're no longer subscribed to reminder services, for some reason?

Yeh I checked junk folder and not going there, I.m getting emails from this chat so the in box is working. Might be I need to ask SKY if they have stopped sending me my rewards emails. Thanks for the help.

So what actually is your issue as you are not clear on this, are you saying you are not getting emails from Sky about VIP rewards ?

Thats it, the weekly SKY emails about up and coming TV shows and the email about my SKY rewards no longer come through.
