How do you access your emails, do you login at Sky.com or use an app ?

My emails in inbox will not delete can't see emails in spam or junk because it's not showing any of them, please can anyone help as I am a not up to date with using iPhones or ipads

Yahoo mail folders will not open

The inbox is fine - when I try to open a folder it just does the buffer sign

Today, I went into my email folders only to find that every single email has disappeared. I know that I'm not the only one this has happened to, but please can someone help us all ASAP. Thanks

Hi All,

Glad it is not just me then, sent folder showing "empty", unable to delete new e-mails, can't download e-mail content etc, i thought all the old yahoo e-mail issues were behind us!

 

Anyone had contact fro Sky/Yahoo with an update or expected rectification time?
