Guys

I got a message from sky, asking me to ring. Apparently I can't use the same email address for both my email and Sky ID, I have changed SkyID to a @outlook.com. But I am still getting a contact sky note, with my Sky Yahoo email unable to get access.

Are you sure this message was from Sky, what did it actually say and was there any links in it that it was you to go through ?

Same here, my Sky ID and Sky email are the same, although there is an alternative email addreess that can be used as the ID registered. (as in I can sign in with either the sky email or the alternative)
