I have the Samsung email app on my S8 mobile phone. It is correctly linked to my Yahoo/Sky email account, however, when emails are received on my mobile they are going straight into the recycle bin rather than my inbox. I am still able to move them into the inbox but it's a bit annoying having to do this. I cannot see what the problem is& would appreciate any advice...

If so you need to investigate that.

Sorry to jump onto this thread but I also have this issue. However there is no 'more settings' option to select. Tried a couple of different browsers but my Apple emails still go in the Bin folder. No rule has been set up but have had a few fake Sky emails recently so worried I have been hacked.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@HBrace It's certainly typical of one of things a hacker might do - change your password, just in case. You can find the 'more settings' option by selecting 'settings' after logging in here: https://www.sky.com/signin/email
While you're there, check for anything else you might not have set up.

Thanks. Logged onto my PC and the setting was there, just not visible in Safari or Chrome on my iPad. Deleted 2 rules that were moving stuff to the Deleted Items folder. No idea how they got set up!

If you didn't set them up, somebody with access to your email account did. Do change your password and consider whether 2 step verification might be a good idea.
