Sky Yahoo Password

Hi everyone,

I'm at wits end with Sky support, hoping to find some help from the community.

I have a Sky Yahoo email account. I've had it for a very long time and unfortunately does not have 2FA.

Recently I have bought a new phone and I'm trying to put my email on to it through the Microsoft Outlook app. However, I do not know my password. The password saved on my old phone is incorrect.

I have been calling Sky and their so called support for 4 days and I'm getting no help at all.

When I try to have a verification code sent to me to reset my password, it goes to an old email that I no longer have access to (previous work email).

Please can anybody tell me the best course of action here? What is the best number to call? Are there any other options in resetting my password?

The first thing you need to do is to change the email address the reset email would go to so can you get logged in here:

https://www.sky.com/mydetails/account-info

If you can chage that email address then the reset email should then be sent to that email address.

My issue is that I cannot log in to do this as I do not know my password.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
