Is this is Sky email related then to turn it off just sign in with the recovery code that you had to tick a box to say you had made a note of when setting this up. If you didn't do this then you will have to contact Sky to do this (don't let them tell you to go to yahoo) and this can take a number of days to be done once you get to someone who knows how to do it.
