Signing in to get e-mails

Over the last few days having entered username and password and looked to open Yahoo e-mail I have then had to enter the username and password again, reject the 2FA prompt before then being able to access the e-mails. This is on both my PC and via Android mobile phone.

Any suggestions as to why or how to go back to only having to do it once?

After you enter the details the first time what happens ?

It simply goes back to Username box

Have you tried clearing your browsers cache then cliosing it down before loading it up and trying again ?

Yes, had tried that and again just now. No difference.

The initial screen when going to www.sky.com says 'hello'. When it reverts to the second time asking for Username is says 'Let's get started'.

Does this on PC and mobile phone

@joshing_man It does exactly the same for me. It doesn't look like a cacheing issue, as it does the same thing using the browser's incognito mode.

Presumably the link between your Sky ID log in (the first one) and the Sky Yahoo Mail log in (the second one) is no longer there. It may be only temporary and revert back to normal at some point.
