No e mail account

My e mail app stopped working months ago and I've been using sky.com. This has now disappeared

Do you mean the Yahoo Mail option has disappeared at Sky.com?

It is now under the Profile drop down. (the little arrow next to the link)

But what app were you using, we could help get that working again, if you wish.
