Service Unavailable - DNS failure message

I now want to change my email account password, but keep getting a Service Unavailable - DNS failure message. Been like this for a couple of weeks. What can I do to fix?

I don't remember seeing that before. How are you trying to change it? Try the 'forgotten your password' link on the sign in page here: https://www.sky.com/signin

 

Try your browser's incognito/privacy mode if you still have problems.
