Is this happening to multiple different recipients?

How are you sending your email, via the webmail or a client/app?

And is to just one recipient or to many of them?

One possibility is your I.P. address has been flagged as being used for spam previously, so try rebooting your router and seeing if you get a new address.

Yes, this is also hapenning to me.  Some of my legit emails are going int to SPAM folder.  When I mark them as NOT SPAM, they temporarily go into the INBOX and then back to the SPAM folder.  Why?  Is this hapenning to others?  What is the solution?

It doesn't sound like the same issue. In your case, check that there's no filter set up diverting emails to your Junk folder as they arrive in your Inbox.

You haven't said how you access your emails @CD+Bsk so it is here you need to check for any filters:

Re: Sent items going to recipients Spam folder

I normally access them via the Outlook Client.  I only realised this was happening when I logged in directly in the Webmail via SKY.

I checked the webmail when I realised I wasn't getting my one-time passcodes during banking. They along with other emails were going into the SPAM folder.

Checked - no filters applied in the webmail.

And in Outlook do you have anything set up that be causing this because if you use IMAP with Outlook then any filters in it would be replicated via your web mail.

Re: Sent items going to recipients Spam folder

I haven't anything special set-up in Outlook.  I am using IMAP with Outlook.

Another thing I should mention is that, in Webmail.  When I select spam mail items and designate them as NOT Spam, they go into the Inbox.  From here, even when I transfer these mail items into their own, separate folder, they still eventually end up in the SPAM folder again!!
