Senders from particular mail server receiving undeliverable to my email address

I recently changed my password on my Sky Yahoo Mail account following a data leak.

Since then, emails being sent from my children's school are being sent back undeliverable even if they reply of an email sent to them from me.

Any email I send to them (different email addresses but the same domain) are received but they aren't able to reply as undeliverable.

We have tested a reply to my home email address and Cc my work email to determine which end appears to the issue and I receive and can reply with no issue via my work email.

I appear to be receiving all other emails sent to my Sky Yahoo account with no issue.

Any suggestions?

You will be best served by changing your email address with the school to a more reliable provider like Gmail where issues like this will not occur.

Not really the solution I was looking for - until now I have never had an issue like this, so in that respect has been reliable for me.

Could you ask the school for the complete error message in the undeliverable report.

If you then post it here, removing any personal details, we may be able to offer a reason.

Would they possibly be using an Outlook address, as there have been previous reports of problems from that domain?
