Cannot get into my email account without Two factor pin code my SIM card is not working to get it

Ordered a new phone which I ported my old number to, the SIM card is not working and can't get the two factor pin code to unlock my email account, been like this since 12th of January been back on to sky mobile team several times they said I needed a new SIM card promised to send 1 out but still waiting any other way please???

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Use the 'can't sign in with code' link on the login page, and enter your Recovery Code, when prompted, to turn off two step verification.
