Second email account

Can anyone tell me how to set up a second email account. I have done everything both yahoo asks as well as google search and I cannot seem to set up another email address

It hasn't been possible to set up a new Sky email account for a while now so if you need one then there are alternatives at Gmail (Google), Outlook.com (Microsoft) and others.
