Scam

Is this a scam from IT desk saying my emails are now blocked as I have ran out of memory of 1GB?

Yes, using the email App on my iPhone, but also the App on my PC doesn't open when I double click on it either? 

The sender was from:  @goldandsilverheadlines.com but it failed when I tried to reply from my iPhone??

With an email address like that, it is definately not from Sky or Yahoo.
