Scam emails

I am getting a lot of emails supposedly from Sky telling me that my email is out of date and will be closed. It asks me to click on a link to get it sorted but I am uneasy about doing that. Is anyone else receiving these and is it a scam? I've been getting them for months but my email is still OK.

Re: Scam emails

100% scam. If you notice the email refers to you as 'Dear user', Sky would always refer to you by name.

You are right to be uneasy as they are scam emails as they are not from Sky. You will notice that they do not address you by your first name as emails from Sky would.

These are very common scams because we see posts on here everyday about them so keep marking them as spam.
