I can no longer access or send my sky emails - I was trying to update 

y account with new number as it is asking for a two step verification code but sending this to my old. Number.  I've contacted Sky 5 times this week and in order to get this removed and my new 

obike. Number updated 😊 can anyone help please 🙏🏻

I assume you don't have the Recovery Code that was issued when you first set up 2 step verification. If you've already contacted Sky, it's a matter of waiting for them to turn off 2 step verification on your behalf. That can take a while.

 

You'll then be able to set it up again with your new mobile number. Be sure to make a separate note of the Recovery Code when it's displayed on screen, as Sky recommends.
