Received email saying update details before 24th July or will be locked out of email account. Is this a scam

Yes. There's no update required, I imagine the email contains a link to a fake login page designed to steal your log in details.

 

It's a scam.

Yes, this is a scam so mark it as spam so it gets deleted and do the same should you be sent anymore.

 

You do not have to update anything to continue accessing your Sky email account.
