@sturdya 100% scam, Sky would never sind email asking you to click links, all emails from Sky would be addresses to you not dear user/dear customer etc.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You are right it is a scam so mark it as spam so it gets deleted.
Any emails from Sky will address you by your actual name and Sky will never send you an email asking you to click a link to update or keep activate your account.
