I've been having problems with my Sky email for several days as it has been hacked. Sky have managed to almost get me up and running again, however when I reply to an email I get the message 'the reply to address set on your account has not been verified' and will not allow me to send a reply. Can you help? Thank you

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreLog into your Sky email using a destop browser (or desktop mode on mobile/tablet) and go to Settings - Mores settings - Mailboxes and select your Sky address.
There you will find a "Reply to" address, change it back to your Sky address.
Hopefully you have already changed your password.
