Set this up a while back and was working ok but now having intermittent messages appearing stating that my Sky 2 account settings are out of date and another which states that my drivers are out of date. Have Sky got an email address so that I can request the Outlook IMAP settings?

Many thanks Mark for getting back to me. Mail direct is working but at times, the send/receive request, does not function and a synchronising error message is displayed. I then have to keep trying or restart my computer.
The error message that comes up that 'my Sky 2 settings are out of date' are not by way of an email but a 'pop up' that appears on the bottom right of my screen and then the message disappears after a short while.
How would I look into this more or shall I just ignore?

You could check your settings against those shown in the 'other email apps' dropdown in Sky's help guide here: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-yahoo-mail/setting-up-yahoo-mail/articles/getting-started-with-sky...

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe fact the message mentions sky2, it sounds like you may have set it up twice in your client. once correctly and once with incorrect settings. Check the accounts set up in your client (possibly Outlook?) and remove the one called sky 2.
