I have changed mobile and don't have access to old phone, I need to give code to system for access to yahoo emails. But I also cannot remember recovery code which I need . How do I cancel two step verification on my account?

If you cannot remember the recovery code then you need speak to Sky directly

I have the same problem but cant even get through the helpline Q&A to find a person to speak too. Does anyone know a good phone number to make contact with an informed helpful assistant?

@JLT the forum doesn't allow posting of phone numbers. Al numbers are initially put through to customer services. Try remaining silent when the call answering bot asks the triage questions.  Eventually you should be asked if you wish to speak to an adviser.
