Recovering contact lists from yahoo email

I have lost all my contact lists in yahoo email.

please can you advise how to recover these please.

Unless you kept your own backup copy, I don't know of any way to recover a contact list, I'm afraid.

How do you access Sky email, is it via the webpage?

As @Mark39 says, if there not there, they are probably gone for good.
