Recipients server too big

Hi - I am not receiving emails from my brother. He gets an error message saying recipients server is too big! Any ideas?

That can't be right. More likely the email your brother is trying to send is too big? There's often a limit on the size of an email that can be sent.

Is he trying to send an email with an attachment, if so what size is the attachment as there is a limit which is quite small as it is something like 25mb.

Thanks-there is no attachment but it was a reply to other emails with 2 other people in the contacts. He has since sent me a single email which I have received
