Anyone no longer a sky customer and had problems with keeping their email address.

Looking at moving provider but obviously got some many companies linked to my sky email address. Anyone left and had problems, I think they say it's fine to keep the address as long as it's used especially as it's not even them that maintain it but Yahoo these days.

I left over 10 years ago and still use my Sky email. I generally only use Outlook to access my email, and I believe that is all that is necessary to keep it active, however I do access via the webmail occasionally, so perhaps that is what keeps it active. Once every couple of months should easily be enough.

Here is what Sky say about it:

As long as you login to it via the Sky website regularly then you can keep it open and use.

So it needs to be via the website not thru something like Outlook? Or just a login, any idea how often

Thanks, Jayach, good to get some confirmation from someone who's no longer a customer.
