Receiving/sending e mails on iPad iphone
Had sky e Mail ac for years. Until last Saturday my laptop, I pad and I phone could send and receive e mails using same e mail address.Tried to use Sunday morning and neither I pad or phone can send or receive but laptop still ok (thank goodness) When I tr. y to send e Mail message appears “the user name or password for ???????@sky.com is incorrect” I tried to delete and reinstate account using same name but when i fill in the details for the I map address the message reads “cannot get Mail . The username or password for ??????@Sky.com is incorrect” I even tried setting up a new email account using a slight variation to my original e mail address with the same result. Tried putting different passwords in I map details with no success. Do these passwords come from your provider and if so how do you find what they are?
Fluxxomed and would appreciate any help.

When removing the account and when setting it up again select Yahoo as the account provider and then follow the onscreem prompts to continue setting it up.
If you don't want to remove the account then login here and generate yourself a 16 digit password to use instead of the current one the app uses:
