Received email from sky saying upgrade my mailbox version. How do I do this

This is a scam email you have been sent because others are being sent these as well as you can see here:

https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Email/bd-p/emailsandtools

Delete this email or mark it as spam so or gets deleted and do the same should you be sent anymore.

Do not do what it asks you to do.

Are you certain it's from Sky because that is a regular scam route. These scams normally tell you that you have to update before a certain cut off date. DO NOT click on any link within the email.
