Recd an email from Sky Account Management that doesn't look genuine

REcd an email that looks suspiciuos - it says its from Sky Account Managment - warning recover account pending

 

Has anyone else recd this - I am certain its a scam

It is likely a scam, Sky don't use account managers, they wouldn't send email with links in.  However without more context on what is contained on the email it's hard to say one way or the other.

 

If there was an issue with your Sky account you would be asked to login through sky.com, any other address provided in a link as for scammers to obtain personal nfo.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Probably not genuine,  but it's hard to say from your description. Tell us more about what the email says.

Thanks - am thinking the same It saying closing all old Versions of your sky account as of today. Tap below and sign in to get a more organised mailbox

If they are referring to your Sky/Yahoo email account, then yes that is a scam.
