QR codes in email

Hi 

Whenever I receive an email with QR code embedded in it, I can't see it , all I see is a box with " QR image " but no QR code shows, I've checked my setting and images are allowed so I'm unsure why I can't see it. 

Any ideas ?

I should say if I forward the email to my Gmail account it shows. But it's really annoying that it won't show on my sky mail account.

Check under the account's settings for any 'show attachments or pictures in emails' or similar. Also check the online version for same.
