Problems with iCloud and a new iPad

I have just bought an IPAD air and recently got sky broadband.With BT I had no problems but Sky my emails are not loading and sometimes it des not download e mails but no problem when I use 5G

So you are using Hotmail to access your Sky emails, so what is happening when you are connected to Sky Broadband, does it time out or return an error message ?

This forum is about Sky emails, but I suspect you don't actually have a Sky email address.

Are you saying that since you joined Sky you are unable to access your Hotmail address?
