Hey, I had a notification saying to re-enter my password a few days ago and the password wouldn't work so I changed it. I've had the same notification pop up again, so I put my new password in and it says I've encountered a problem with my account and need to contact you.

Weird that I had to log in to send this message and that worked absolutely fine...

If that doesn't work, you'll need to contact Sky, as the message indicates (we're a customer Community - you're not talking to Sky here).
I believe the message is displayed when Sky identifies some unauthorised attempt to access your account..
