Problems with Yahoo Mail not syncing on all devices. Any suggestions?

Help needed please.  Since last week my Email has not been syncing on both my phone and tablet but is okay on my laptop.  I thought it was an Outlook problem and contacted them but they have been unable to help so am now wondering if it is a Sky problem.  I was having no problem with it up until last Wednesday but think I might have missed or didn't do something in my hurry and am no longer able to access my email account on other devices.  Is anyone able to help please? I was sent a verification message by Sky but deleted it by mistake.  Could this have been the cause of the problem?

If you have setup two step authentication then a verification code is sent to your mobile which you would then need to use to login to your email account online at Sky.com

You say it isn't syncing so do you receive an error message on either of them ?

Messages have just started updating again so whatever I have done seems to have resolved the issue.  Thanks for replying, though
