There have been many many posts on here about this as it is a scam email designed to capture your login details so as you clicked the link in it I would strongly suggest you change your email password which you can do here:
https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/
Mark this email as spam and keep doing this should you be sent anymore which might well happen.
