Problems logging into Sky Email. Ultra FRUSTRATION!!!!!

Does anyone know the solution to this weird problem?

Logging into Sky email, 1st screen says the password is incorrect, when I know for 100% certainty it is the correct password. After being frustrated by this it gets worse, clicking the 'forgot my password' link in an attempt to rectify the situation I get asked for the answers to two questions, both of the answers are 100% correct, but after clicking the submit button I am told that they are incorrect. There is no other option, so right now, Sky email login thinks both my password is wrong, and the answers to the two security questions are also wrong...

They are not wrong, so this situation is very frustrating!! 

Anyone know how to get this sorted out?

@TeeSea does the same thing happen if you try to log in here: sky.com/signin/email ? I'm expecting that it will, unfortunately. 

This has the hallmarks of an unauthorised takeover of your account, perhaps as a result of phishing.

You'll need to contact Sky to recover it.

It does appear someone might have got hold of your account and made changes to keep you out of it so have you had any emails or calls recently that said they were from Sky because the chances are they were not.
