Problems accessing email

My Sky email address is showing as deactivated on Yahoo.

It still works on an existing phone mail app session, but I cannot log in anywhere new.

This is a known Sky/Yahoo deactivation issue and I need the mailbox reactivated.

@AlexDB for example, what's the error message when you try to log in here: www.sky.com/signin/email
