I have not been able to access my sky emails on my mac book apple mail for a few weeks. Still working fine on my iphone.

Any hep would be appreciated.

I don't know if it is a mistake in your topic title as the server should be imap.tools.sky.com so is correct in your mac ?

Thank you for your reply. Yes this is an error and should state imap.tools.sky.com . Have you hav any ideas why I am having this problem?

I'm not an Apple user, but I would suggest reinstalling the account, selecting the account type as Yahoo.
