Problem sending email

Old timers' disease kicking in  but I can't remember how to send email.  Thought it was alt/control/delete but obviously not???

It's not really obvious what you are asking.

Are you using your email, and wanting to send one, or are you trying to open your email app?

Do you login to the Sky website to access your emails ?

control/alt/delete on a computer doesn't send an email as it brings up a task box.

Writing an email and trying to send.  I'm up the wall as I've had a very traumatic week or so thanks to Sky.  I rang home a few days ago and the man who answered asked why I kept ringing.  I said I was ringing my home number and he informed me it was his number. Sure enough Sky appear to have issued me with a different number now so I have to inform all my contacts.

If Sky have lost your number (presumably in a switch to digital) there is no way they should have given it to someone else.

If they don't sort it out, complain to Ofcom, there should be some compensation.
