Problems with emails I haven't received any since yesterday. I have contacted help desk and they have sent this link to you.

Are ypu using an email app? Which one? Can ypu login here:  https://www.sky.com/signin/email

Login to your online account:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/


Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

 

If you have had to make then logout and change your password:
