Are you talking about the PIN you need to enter to activate your Sky streaming Puck? If so, it's the last 4 digits of your mobile number.

Does it say that as you have entering the wrong code that you are now unable to login and if so does it say for how long ?

What exactly is locked?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I would presume it is their email account after entering the wrong code that was sent to their phone so @Lesleymoore my question I asked you yesterday still applies if this is the case.
