Outlook email sync on apple and windows products is taking ages over my sky broadband router. Sky 4g works fine.

thanks for responding. Yes I rebooted the router and all connected devices (bar my sky+ boxes). Also ran speed test which showed expected connection upload / download speeds. It's odd if I sync mail on a phone or tablet by 4G its quick. But takes many minutes via the sky router.
