Old emails disappeared

I can't access any emails dated longer than 30/09/2022.

Where have all my emails gone, how do I view them?

I have tried on phone, app and pc, oldest email is 30/9/2022, I used to be able to scroll back months.

Any help appreciated.

If you're logging in using your browser via Sky.com and they're not there,  they're probably gone for good, I'm afraid. Yahoo has an unpleasant habit of randomly deleting emails without provocation or warning.

If they are restored then it would be advisable not to store all your emails in your inbox if this is where they were located, but instead set up separate folders to keep them in.
