Hello, I had a secondary email address with my sky account, that was not used for day to day activity but I used it to set up my child's Xbox.... the email address I think has expired or has been switched off, any ideas how I can get it reinstated as in order to change or update on the Xbox I need to get an authorisation code which is sent to the old address!
