You've done what you can by reporting it to Sky, and they do indeed say it can take up to 21 days.: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-yahoo-mail/two-step-verif/articles/two-step-verification
You could try accessing your email via an app rather than your browser, which appears to negate the 2 step verification process. That should give you access to the Recovery Code which was emailed to you.

I have 2-step verification for sky email. When I log in on my laptop it asks for the code sent to my mobile. However, that message is not coming through. Have tried resend several times, turned off and on both laptop and mobile. Still not getting through. I don't have recovery code.
What do I do to access my email?

2 step verification code I cannot find email recovery that I got when I done this and the code not being sent to my fone I can see it's the last 3 number of my fone it's gettin sent to but not getting it ? Some help!!

This seems to happen quite often - surely SKY could put a message on the first login page to tell us if there is an issue.

Add me to the list. I managed to access my emails with the recovery code. Later when I tried to sign in again I was asked to set up 2 factor again. This I tried but didn't receive a text to my mobile. (Tested the mobile , it's fine. Is 2 factor worth the hassle?

It's not mandatory. Did you miss the 'Maybe later' button?
