Hi, like several others I've seen, I'm not receiving the text verification code. I have never had a problem before, usually receive the codes without issue up until the other day. I called sky (multiple times as nobody could help!) My 2 stage verification has now been turned off, however as soon as I try to login, it forces me to set up the verification again, sending yet another code that I haven't received! I'm with sky mobile, have been for a while without issues. What more can I do, as its useless phoning when nobody can help or explain the issue?

Are you sure? There is usually a "maybe later" option to continue without setting it up.

Are you sure? There is usually a "maybe later" option to continue without setting it up.

You're right, this time I've managed to turn login with the "maybe later" option. Thanks. This, however means I no longer have the verification as a safety measure. It would be great if someone could identify why the issue is happening for multiple users, rather than us simply removing the security measures!

Find out moreIt may feel like a security measure, but it has been so badly implemented that it risks losing access to the account, because (as you have found) there is no way to administer it should you lose access to the phone. (theft, changing number etc)
